Privacy Policy

When you request an appointment, we collect the contact, vehicle, service, location, and note information you provide. We also keep the scheduling information needed to manage your request.

We use this information to review appointment requests, communicate with you, provide detailing services, and operate our scheduling system. We may send transactional appointment emails through Resend.

Google Calendar is used for availability and conflict checking and to manage confirmed appointments. Customers are not shown private Google Calendar event details. Google OAuth authorization credentials are stored securely server-side and Google Calendar data is used only for scheduling and appointment management. It is not sold or used for advertising.

Booking and admin information is stored in our business scheduling backend. We use reasonable safeguards and operational logging to protect and maintain the service.

We do not sell customer information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate scheduling and transactional communications, or when required by law.
